Ferocactus wislizeni

| /

Ferocactus wislizeni is a beautiful cacti with maroon, 'fishhook' spines that curve at their ends. This plant has been reported as living up from 50-130 years, growing into a large barrel with a diameter of up to 80cm. This large growth makes it a stunning plant to grow over time, and a marvellous feature plant for any garden or collection.

Like most cactus, Ferocactus wislizeni grows best in a gritty, well-draining mix which allows it's roots to dry in-between watering. This plant prefers to grow in partial shade, where it can get all the benefits of bright sunlight without being scorched.

Your plant/s will be posted bare-rooted and safely packaged. If you're interested in this item, don't miss our other cactus varieties!

Please note that unless specified otherwise, the flowers on your plant may be different to those shown in pictures. Also, your plant may vary in colour/patterning from those in the pictures, due to the nature of the species' variability, different climates, and different growing conditions.

Unfortunately due to regulations we cannot post to WA, TAS or NT.
